Rodham's Record (Excerpt from the liberal file on HRC Part 1)
If blind political ambition were artificially flavored Hillary Clinton would be a cherry instead of the lemon that she is. More polarizing than a electromagnet, as ambiguous as Pat, as decisive as John Kerry, and as opportunistic and adaptable as the amoeba, she represents the Democrats ideological liberal base and the forefront candidate for the 2008 Presidential nomination.
This is my generic analysis of what paved the way for her. Let's start primarily with her husband. That's right, despite the feminist notion that she's a strong woman of character and exceptional leadership Hillary Clinton would be nothing without her last name and formerly impeached Presidential husband. Do you think Hillary Rodham stands a chance against anyone? No. Bill, however, catapulted himself into the stratospheres of popularity as President even when cheating on her and lieing to the American public on live television. Ironically, the same things she accuses the Bush Administration of to this very day (more on that later). The champion of feminism and icon of equality stood by her man while his duplicitous personality unfolded before the eyes of millions. But ambition has a sweeter taste than even the finest cigar I promise you!
As for Iraq, the situation she authorized, was a strong advocate of, and spoke out in favor of on numerous occasions as now morphed into a grenade launcher firing aimlessly at the administration. Hillary called Saddam an imminent threat and primary target for our war on terror. She called the war necessary but now calls for redeployment (a euphemism for retreat and Bush Administration embarrassment). She also claims Bush lied though she subjectively viewed the same information, albeit poor, that all others who authorized war examined. Funny, I don't remember her being as outspoken about a former President's lieing to the public, under oath, and reckless disregard for the nations security as they declined the extradition of Bin Laden on numerous occasions. Perhaps 9-11 could have been prevented if the Oval Office were more concerned with terrorism than adultery. Perhaps Bill's inaction was actually where all of this began.
Hillary claimed when running for her seat as Senator of New York to be a fellow New Yorker and Senator for life. She is neither. The born and raised in the mid west and opportunistic office holder just recently visited her home state where she no longer claimed to be a New Yorker. Home team politics and rhetorical juggling seem to be common skills perfected by the multimillion dollar Clinton machine. The same Clinton (Hill/Bill) who claim the government tax cuts are only filling the coffers of the rich continue to rake in the millions. Bill Clinton makes over $200,000 to do speeches that are shorter than this exordium. His Clinton library has grossed financial surpluses that rival that of the typical Wal Mart CEO - and guess what? Hillary IS a former Wal-Mart Chairwoman much to the dismay of her anti Wal-Mart liberal extremists. And finally, the Hillary Presidential bankroll is like P-Diddy's posse only. Her campaign was inundated with millions prior to even a declaration to seek President.
Hillary claims she recently decided to run. I must, however, object to that notion and impart my personal view. She decided long ago that she was going to run. Perhaps when Bill ran for Governor of Arkansas and she inquired about how likely she'd be to win in a state race we felt her salivating.
Hillary is a strong advocate for: universal health care, abortion (pro-death) rights, rehabilitation, redistribution of wealth, Iraq withdrawl, the fairness doctrine, the estate tax, SS staying as is, diplomacy in the form of the UN making decisions for us, among other things.
