Record Profits

I know what your thinking (yes, I am that good!) Your thinking Big Oil - but that's not what we're talking about today. Perhaps, you're thinking about profits of the record industry...not so.

Profits are up and soon they'll be up even higher in one industry - especially if some liberal Democrat socialist gets in office. What industry? Big Government!

That's right, the bureaucracy that has continued to become larger and larger with taxes higher and higher continues to spend more and more. And you have to work harder and harder.

Thee 2009 budget for the government is 3.10 trillion dollars (spelling correct). In other words, Washington is way richer than our friends at ANY big oil company.

Just thought I'd drop that idea on you.

The Job Market

303,972,298 is the USA population as of April 30, 2008 according to the census. Ac coding to the US Dept. of Labor, our unemployment rate is 5.1%. Thus, that is 15,198,614.9 people (or 5.1% of the total population). This means our unemployment is 15.1 million people...let's dissect this number.

According to the very same labor data, the vast majority of the unemployed wish to be unemployed. Some have family responsibilities, and others are in school so that they can eventually become employed. Wow...and I thought the big Republicans were ruining the job market? Guess what - they're NOT!

Among the races, whites have the lowest unemployment rate, then Latinos, followed by blacks who have statistically double the rate of whites in many of the categories.

The reason I listed this is to showcase that our job force in America is doing very well despite the doom and gloom in the media. Want more proof...OPEN YOUR NEWSPAPER! The WANTED section and want ads are abundant. Visited MONSTER or CAREER BUILDER....or perhaps THE LADDERS? These job sites all have opportunities too! The last time you went to - GOD FORBID - the BK - that there WAS NO help wanted sign on the door or even on their store sign?

There are jobs out there people...there just happens to be a percentage of people who wish not to work. I wouldn't call it LAZY because we have the lowest rate of unemployment almost in the world. This could be because the family member is rich, or because they'd rather, dare I say, be a stay at home mom and raise their children in a more traditional fashion.

Instead, the goal is to show the US in some sort of disastrous market. That would be BOTH untrue and dumb. Typical of the media.

God forbid that Barrack not win the Democratic nomination. After the verdict was released regarding the Sean Bell case the protesters lined the streets of NYC pulling the race card. Rev. Al Sharpton made threats to shut down NYC as if he were the manager of a 7-11...or as if he were Rev. Wright! Some protesters chanted "kill the police"...but I'm sure they didn't mean it that way.

For some reason racism is only a crutch that gets pulled out to favor blacks in cases that otherwise no one would defend them. No one asks about the irresponsible behavior of any of these people? And not coming to their defense is an indirect suggestion that you too are a racist or at least that's the label they wish to project upon you.

The reason I bring this up today is because this is a forecasting of what's to come in the DNC should Barrack have his nomination 'Stolen' by Hillary. The Obama camp will not be happy, the blacks across the county will not be happy, and no Democrat will get elected.
